In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 and the GDPR May 2018. In placing an order with us, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and our GDPR privacy policy

Definitions:

1.1 – “you” means the customer

1.2 – “we” means Evolve Printing & Embroidery By Eliza D 

1.3 – “ our business page” means www.facebook.com/evolveprintingbyelizad and www.evolveprinting.co.uk

1.4 – “goods” and “items” means products purchased.

Order Process:

2.1 – All orders must be placed through our website www.evolveprinting.co.uk

2.2 – Payment is to be made online by Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron via PayPal's secure servers.

2.3 - PayPal is used for processing our online orders. PayPal guarantee secure payments through their servers ensuring all your payment details are encrypted and protected. 

2.4 – When paying a deposit (at our discretion against certain products), this gives your consent for us to commence making your order. Failure to make the final balance payment will result in your order becoming null and void and your deposit will be forfeited. 

2.5 – Cheques are not accepted

2.6 – Despite offering secure payment methods, we will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains any of your personal details when accessing or ordering from us without your authorisation.

2.7 -Your details will not be shared with third parties.

2.8 Messages created in the order management system on the website will automatically be deleted after 30 days, and will not be retrievable by either ourselves or our web host provider.

Pricing:

3.1 – We reserve the right at any time to alter our prices. 

3.2 - Current prices will be reflected on our website.

3.3 – Details of our available range and requirements can be found on our website. 

3.4 – Prices exclude VAT

Risk & Property:

4.1 –For keepsakes, you agree that once we receive your items , this is your authorisation for us to proceed and alter. These orders may be cancelled (100% refund) if requested within 3months of order date. Fabric remnants/scraps will not be returned unless specifically requested at the point of order. 

4.2 –For all products, as we specialise in personalised goods you have no rights to a refund should you simply change your mind thereafter.

4.3 – Items will be sent either by Royal Mail or courier. Once your finished item has left our premises, it is the responsibility of the relevant postal service to ensure these arrive safely at their destination. There is a natural risk in sending items by post, we will however ensure your parcel is adequately insured and tracked.

4.4 – Proof of posting/tracking information will be available upon request.

4.5 - Time scale for completion, from point of order will be as stated in our FAQs

4.6 - Once you the customer have agreed your proof design, all responsibility for accuracy will be your responsibility. Please check your proof carefully.

4.7 - In placing your order you are giving consent for an image of your finished product to be used on social media sites. If you would prefer for this not to happen, you must contact us ahead of completion to advise. (refer to our privacy policy)

4.8 - Information gained from your order will be stored on our web hosts order management system and will not be sold on, or used for any other purpose other than in completing your order. Should you wish to subscribe to our mailing list you will need to provide separate written/email consent. 

Indemnity:

5.1. Keepsakes - The products we create are keepsakes and are not children's toys and should not be given to children under 14 years to play with unless stated that they carry the CE quality mark.

5.2 Printed & Embroidered Items - The majority of our items are washable, and will look good for upto 25 washes if washed at a low heat. Do not tumble dry our printed garments.

Ribbon Hut (Printed Ribbon)

The term "Ribbon Hut" or "us" or "we" or "Seller" or "our" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 44 St Johns Rd, Staveley, Chesterfield, S43 3QW.

The term "you" or "Buyer" refers to you the customer.

Order Acceptance

There shall be no binding contract between Seller and Buyer until the Buyers order has been accepted by the Seller. By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises us to take payment for goods chosen. 

We reserve the right not to print any message that we consider to be obscene, offensive, derogatory or discriminatory in any way.

Transfer of Property

Property shall remain with us until we have received payment in full of the price and all sums due under the order.

Payment

Payment can be made easily by all major debit or credit cards via the secure Paypal facility. You will be re-directed to the Paypal website on checkout to make payment. You do not have to sign up to Paypal to make use of this service. Full payment is required prior to despatch. Cheques/Bank Transfer will not be accepted as a valid method of payment.

Pricing

Unless otherwise agreed, the price of goods will be as at date of despatch. These are publicised on our Facebook page in addition to the website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock we will endeavour to fulfil this for you in a timely manner, typically within 7 working days. Should we be unable to complete your order we will contact you to advise and to look at an alternative or refund at your discretion.

Despatch 

We will usually process orders within 48 hours from our acceptance of the order (subject to stock availability) but please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you have an urgent order please Contact Us prior to placing your order to discuss. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail (or other third parties) due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder transportation of goods, industrial action of postal workers and other incidents which are beyond our immediate control. In such instances, we may only on occasion, be able to offer a refund of the postage incurred for delivery of your goods. 

Delivery of goods to the stipulated delivery address shall constitute delivery to the Buyer. All risk in the goods will pass to the Buyer upon delivery. 

Discrepancies or damages apparent at the time of delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt 

Ribbons

Ribbon widths are quoted from the manufacturer of the ribbons and will on occasion vary slightly. Ribbon colours are subject to availability and may change due to ribbon suppliers amendments to their range. For consistency we will always attempt to replenish stocks from the same supplier, to minimise variation, however please note their may be subtle shade differences from one batch to the next, this is out of our control.

Font Colour

Not all font colours produce effective results with all the ribbon colours. We will contact you if you choose a font and ribbon colour combination that we feel does not work to the best possible advantage and offer suggestions.

Cancellation

Since we aim to despatch your orders in a timely manner, orders may be cancelled by contacting us by sending an email to sales @evovleprinting.co.uk but this must be done within 2 hours of order.

Returns Policy

All our products are sourced to be of the highest quality. Personalised ribbons which are made to order, are not subject to a refund unless the product is faulty. Please ensure that there are no typing errors contained within your order request. Refunds will not be offered if it is your error.
